The moblog is now fully functional. What’s a moblog you ask? Click here to find out the details, but basically it’s blogging from you mobile phone. On the left, you’ll see the five most recent posts. The archive of all moblogs can be found here.
How’s it work? Well, I’ve setup an email address on my server that I send picture messages from my phone to. This email address has a perl script attached to it that takes the attached picture and uploads it to Gallery, using the subject of the text message as the photo caption. Then there’s a PHP script that I have that will present the five most recent on the main page.
Now I can blog photos from anywhere!
