my two week dr’s appointment

Mommy took me in for my two week doctor’s appointment today. I weighed in at 9 lbs, 4 oz and 22 inches long. I am in the 90th percentile for length and the 75th percentile for weight. I am not quite sure what that means but the doctor said I look extremely healthy.
