Karen and I drove to Monterey for our three year wedding anniversary…can you believe she’s put up with me that long already

The weather was awesome, great way to escape the heat. We visited Carmel on Saturday and did the “Cannery Row” thing Saturday night. Sunday we rented one of those funny 4 wheeled bikes and drove around the boardwalk like some crazed tourists.

We also got to visit the Monterey Aquarium on Sunday…nice place, but REALLY crowded….you really get to see how those sardines felt on cannery row….

Another trip to Consumes River for rock climbing with Chad and Mike. Very HOT so hardly anyone was there.

Karen, Chad and I went to San Diego this weekend to visit Karen’s sister, Julie. We had a great time hanging out on the beach, seeing a Padres game and checking out the USS Midway.
