My mom and dad took me out trick-or-treating for the first time ever! I was Luke Skywalker and I got lots of candy -Isaac

Karen completed the Lake Natomas Four Bridges half marathon today…good job Karen!  She’s been training hard to accomplish this and Isaac and I are proud of her.

Mom and Dad took me to the Folsom Zoo….we had lots of fun seeing all the cool animals.  The mountain lion really wanted to hang out with me, and he looked kinda hungry….hmmmm…..

We also rode the little train which was lots of fun.

I was sick today and Mom had to go hang out with Grandma Alshwede…so Dad took a sick day to hange out with me today.  We had fun going to the doctor and then sneaking off to the pumpkin patch.  We got a cool pumpkin!!

Mom and Dad took me down to Folsom Lake for a picnic and play day in the lake.  It was an unusually warm day in October so it was a nice way to cool down.

My playgroup went to the pumpkin patch today to get some pumpkins…we had lots of fun.  One question though….why does my mom keep calling me ‘pumpkin’…I don’t look like these things?!?

I celebrated my first birthday today with friends and family…we had a great time at MyGym with 20+ 1 year olds!!!  I didn’t like my birthday cake much…I guess I just don’t like having my hands dirty (momma’s boy).  Thanks everyone for coming to my party and for all the awesome gifts!
